Technical Advisory Committee
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) provides the technical input to carry out the continuing, cooperative and comprehensive (3-C) multimodal transportation planning process for the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OahuMPO). The members of the TAC participate as representatives from and technical experts of their governmental agency and as a whole, the TAC serves as the technical advisor to the Policy Board and the OahuMPO Executive Director.

Meetings
The TAC meets at 9:00 a.m. on the second Friday of the month via Microsoft Teams.

Membership
The voting members of the TAC include representatives from the State Department of Transportation, the State Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, the State Office of Planning, the City Department of Transportation Services, the City Department of Planning and Permitting, and the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation.
The non-voting members includes a representative from the Hawaii Transportation Association, the Federal Highway Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Transit Administration, the City Department of Design and Construction, and the City Department of Facilities Maintenance.
The current TAC Chair is Masatomo Murata and the Vice Chair is Wai Yi Ng.
